Ms. Renda joined Ives Group as General Counsel in June 2002 and became its VP of Administration in 2004. She is a co-author of Challenges for the Next Decade: A Primer on Accounting Malpractice and Its Prevention and numerous articles related to professional liability and corporate governance.

She has spent the majority of her legal career specializing in litigation related to professional liability and commercial matters and also has significant experience with employment issues. Before moving several years ago to the defense of corporations and directors, Ms. Renda had been integrally involved in developing a number of large and complex professional liability cases against accountants, directors and lawyers that yielded multi-million dollar settlements.

Ms. Renda received a BA in history from New York University and a JD from the William and Mary School of Law. She is a member of the state bars of Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
